Since May 22, 2015, a decree has been in force allowing Uruguayan companies to issue salary receipts in electronic format as an alternative to traditional paper receipts.

1. The employer generates the payslips in PDF format.
2. An automatic notification is sent to the employee informing them of the new receipt.
3. The employee accesses the platform to sign and review their payslip.

The platform offers web-based storage and management of salary statements.

Security and reliability are prioritized through protocols such as HTTPS, ISO 27001, and SAS70 standards, alongside dual digital signatures from both the employee and employer.

The solution is simple, versatile, and scalable, adaptable to any company or payroll system. It operates across multiple platforms and supports the distribution and signing of various document types. Features include personalized login access, confidentiality of salary information, a module for managing personnel licenses, mass communications via SMS, and interfaces for importing data from different payroll software systems.
